Glin Library: The recent display of books by local authors has got the attention of many readers.

Peg was glad to add another to the selection this week with “Irish Gardens” by Olda FitzGerald

joining the list.

Lost: A man’s ring with the initials JH was lost on Thursday 6th March within Glin village. This

ring has sentimental attachment. If found please call 087 319 2449 – Reward Given.

Glin Baby & Toddler Group open this Thursday morning from 10am-12noon in Ceol Corbrai Hall.

“Three Peak Challenge”: The Fitzgerald Family, Clonoughter are organising a “Three Peak

Challenge” for April 2014 – climbing three peaks in Ireland in 24 hours – Carrantuohill in Kerry,

Croagh Patrick in Mayo and Lugnaquilla in Wicklow. Sponsorship cards are now available from

family members and all proceeds go to Pieta House.
