Flu Vaccination Clinic 2015: Dr. Eileen Cassidy’s Patients: It’s that time of year again and the HSE strongly recommend that all those at risk should be vaccinated against the Flu.  This group includes all those over 65 year, pregnant women and anybody who suffers from diabetes, heart disease, asthma or any other long term illness.  The clinic will be held in the Glin Clinic on Monday 28th September from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.  No appointments necessary and all staff will be on duty therefore no delays envisaged.

Glin Comhaltas will resume music classes on Wednesday 23rd of September.Beginners class from 6.00 – 6.40 pm, Intermediate class  6.40 – 7.20 pm and Advanced class 7.20 – 8.00 pm. New members are always welcome.  A range of instruments are available to borrow for a period of twelve months free of charge to all members.  Registration for music classes will take place in Ceol Corbrai on Tuesday 22nd of September between 6.00 pm and 6.30 pm. Glin Baby & Toddler Group open every Thursday from 10am to 12 noon in Ceol Corbrai Hall. New faces are very very welcome. As always we will have tea, coffee, toast and biscuits for the adults and juice, toast and fruit for the children. €3 per family. We look forward to seeing you. All welcome.

Collection of supplies for Refugees:  In GAA Club House Glin on Monday 21st Sept & Tuesday 22 Sept. from 9.00am to 6.00pm each day. Supplies Needed:-Men’s, Women’s, Children’s & Teenager’s Clothing and Footwear Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Towels.(No Sheets, Duvets or Pillows), Toiletries: – Small individual packs of: – Soap, Shampoo, Toothbrushes & Toothpaste, Deodorant, Shaving Foam & Disposable Razors, Face Cloths, Wipes, Packs of Tissues Please Note Do Not leave items outside the Club House, wait until doors are open. No Food Items, All clothes donated must be in good, clean and dry condition.  PLEASE SORT AND LABEL BAGS AS THIS WILL SAVE A LOT OF WORK.  There is a poster at the back of the church with full details.
