Glin Baby & Toddler Group – Thank you to those that purchased a bracelet or made a donation to the Tarbert Fundraising for Leah Carmody Benefit. With your support and a donation from the Toddler Group we managed to raise €93.10 – thank you.     Another fantastic Cheerio Childline Halloween Party again this year.  Lots of fun and spooky costumes and as always everyone dug deep raising €83.10 which will go towards a very worthwhile cause.  Our toddler group will close on Thursday 29th for mid term break and will reopen on Nov 5th as always at 10 am.  Have a safe and enjoyable Halloween.

The Parents Association of St. Fergus N.S have placed collection buckets around local shops within the village. Any spare change you may have would be greatly appreciated.  All money received this year will go towards much needed maths and science equipment.  Last years collection buckets proved a huge success and helped towards the purchase of English literature for 3rd/4th/5th & 6th class.  As with all our past and present fund raising events the generosity and support from the parish does not go unnoticed.

Glin Library: Following on from the 10th birthday celebrations there is a display in Glin Library of Art from the children of Ballyguiltenane and Glin which they did for the Fleadh last May. It is a lovely colourful display. Now that the Races and Ploughing and Coursing is over it is a good time to visit the library and start off your winter reading. All welcome.

Ballyguiltenane National School Parents Council: will be hosting a coffee morning in O’Shaughnessys Bar after Mass on Sunday.  Glin Ceilí Band will be providing the entertainment.  Your support would be greatly appreciated.
