This is uncalled for. Someone is pulling chunks of stone off of the stone planters in the park. These have recently been cleared of old shrubs waiting to be planted. A third planter has been targeted this evening 😡😡 PLEASE STOP THIS NOW. WE WILL FIND OUT WHO IS DOING THIS.
