Glin Tidy Towns – Town Park clean-up.

Town Park Clean Up.

Glin TT would like to thank Jim Lynch of TUS for fixing the No Litter sign that was vandalized during the summer. Hopefully it will now be left alone to do its job! A big thanks also to another TUS worker, Desmond Brennan who is doing fantastic work in the town park. He has had his work cut out for him after all the recent storms. He has been busy clearing seaweed, weeds from the many beds , cutting back shrubbery, brushing pats, and lots more. He is rearranging a lot of the beds, taking out shrubs that aren’t working and moving them to more suitable areas, and doing a great job at it. Thanks Desmond 👍 We would appeal to everyone to continue to keep the area/street around their property/foot paths clear of weeds and leaves. It’s nice to see Glin looking clean and tidy all year round 🌿🍃🍁🍂🍃🌼 Glin Pride of Place Winners !  Thank you from Glin Tidy Towns.
