Knights Walk: The entrance to the Knights Walk at St Pauls, is currently undergoing an upgrade and new interpretative signs are going in.  The funds used for the upgrade of the Knights Walk are fully sourced by Glin Development. The funds are sourced from various local fund raising initiatives and some from recreational grants through government funding. It is a fabulous amenity which was given to Glin on a lease from the late Knight of Glin.  It brings lots of visitors to the area and is good for body and mind.

Thank You Helen Culhane: Thursday last was Helens last day with us at Glin Baby & Toddler Group.  Helen joined our group back in 2011 the year we first opened and has been with us every single Thursday morning since then.  She has watched many babies join the group and has watched the very same ‘babies’ leave as independent little individuals as they headed off to preschool.  Helen came along to help in the kitchen but it wasn’t long before Helen’s little job evolved into something far more important – Helen became a mother figure to all in the group.  There was always an ear that was willing to listen, a smile that was always warming and a heart that was full of gold.  The group will miss Helen dearly, but Helen knows the door is always open and there will always be a cup of tea and a biscuit that awaits her.  Thank you, Helen, for all your voluntary work over the years, thank you for all the laughter and most importantly thank you from all the children that you treated as one of your own. We will all miss you: from, Lisa, Rachel and all past and present members.
