Another successful Tidy Towns gathering on Friday evening at the Town Park. Thanks to all who turned up. An hour well spent weeding and brushing. Sr Mary and Delia Doyle tackled the Main Road verging at the Oisín. If you have an hour to spare, please feel free to come along, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7pm. We would welcome the younger generation as it’s a great way to get out on the school holidays and meet with your friends with the common aim of improving our town and our amenities. All welcome.
L-R. Sr Mary Doody, John Daniel Hickie, Marie Fitzgerald, Bridget Lacey, Teresa Culhane and Delia Doyle. (John A Culhane not in photo).
