The Public Realm Plan for Glin is due to be launched in mid July this will initially concentrate on upgrading the Square and creating an enhanced entrance at the bottom of town to attract more visitors to the town centre itself, the plan is the first layer of process where the public will have input as to what Glin needs . The public Realm Plan will be a valuable tool for the council to seek national funding to complete what will be when agreed an ambitious project.
