Limerick Social Service Centre: We again request your generous help in the holding of our Annual collection in support of the Limerick Social Service Centre. With your kind co-operation, the appeal will be held at all masses on the weekend of the 19th and 20th January. Services include: Counselling service, Early Years’ Service with crèche and pre-school, Child & Family Service, Older persons service. In 2018 the collection throughout the diocese realised €15,262.81 towards the day-to-day running costs of the Centre. Thanking you for your on-going interest and support.

ST FERGUS’ PARENTS COUNCIL: We wish to thank everyone that purchased Toy Show Snack Boxes and Reindeer Hot Chocolate over the Christmas period either through the school or at local outlets. This fundraiser proved hugely successful. Lots of effort went into producing the items and a sincere thanks to the parents association for all their hard work, the local outlets for their support in helping to sell them and to Shayne Mangan for all the design work.
GLIN COMMUNITY GAMES: Limerick County Swimming will be held on February 3 in Askeaton. Please submit all entries to David O’Sullivan on 087 9293101. All entries must be in before January 14. Competitors interested in participating in Art or Handwriting must give their name and details to Sinéad Mulroe 087 4130485 by Friday, Jan 11. There are only 3 entries permitted per category; Art U8 over 6; U10; U12; U14; U16. Handwriting U10 ; U12 Each competitor must provide all their own materials. Competition is on Saturday, January 26 – time & venue TBA.
