Glin Development Association: Glin Development Association has undertaken many projects during 2020 to improve and enhance the many facilities that have been particularly beneficial to the entire community during this exceptional time of lockdowns and social distancing. Glin Heritage Walks, The Pontoon at Glin Pier, Tidy Towns maintenance, The Glin Fairy Trail, Glin Town Park Lighting, Christmas Lighting and Glin Playground repairs are just some of the projects which needed our attention and we have incurred a lot of expenses completing these works. Unfortunately, due to Covid 19 restrictions, we are unable to organise our usual fund-raising events to cover costs of works completed and our plans for the coming year. Glin Development Association has a GoFundMe page and we are appealing to the local community, to friends and relatives abroad, and to the many visitors who enjoy our facilities to donate. Contact any member of Glin Development Association if you need further information.
