Mass Cards: Signed Mass Cards for the deceased are available at Glin Church. Please enquire from our Sacristan Michael after any of the Masses.
Glin Church: Lovely candles available to buy at Glin church. Can be used for graves or at home. Burning time of over 60 hours.

The Glin Estuary Swim: This year’s swim takes place on Saturday 23rd July and this year’s chosen charity is FIGHTING BLINDNESS. Sponsorship cards can be collected from Marie at Geoghegans Bar.
Glin Estuary Swim Quiz night: takes place on Friday 15th July at 9.30pm in Geoghegans Bar – so please mark this in your diary and bring a friend.
Glin Baby & Toddler Group: has now closed for the summer months and will return in September. Have a safe and happy summer break.
Glin Tennis Court: New members welcome. Why not encourage your children to play tennis. It’s great fun and great way to get children outdoors enjoying themselves. It’s a fun sport for parents to play with their children! Very reasonable annual rates. Children/students only €10 pa, Adults €20 pa and Family rate of €40 pa. Gate is open, play when it suits. ICA Whist: Every Tuesday, 8pm at Cloverfield Centre, all are welcome.
Swimming Lessons Glin Pier: Registration Sunday 14th August 2pm Glin Pier. Class Commences: Monday 15th August for 5 days. Queries: Answered on registration day.
Glin Tidy Towns: Glin Tidy Towns volunteers are back for Saturday morning Clean Ups. A lot of weeding to be done around the town. All help welcome. Thank you to everyone who regularly cleans and weeds outside their own properties. This makes the job less onerous and frees us up to do other communal areas and also the many flower beds on our approach roads. We meet every Saturday morning from 11am to 12 and everyone is welcome to come along and help out. The Tidy Towns adjudicators will be visiting Glin anytime from June to August. Please be mindful of litter and always encourage children to be litter aware. Many hands make light work and this is indeed the case when it comes to Tidy Towns. Let’s all help to keep Glin looking beautiful.
Loughill Family Fun Day takes place Saturday July 30th 1 pm til late! Food/Craft fair in Resource Centre with fun activities throughout the day in the Park. €5 entry or €10 per Family . GB Rovers FC Summer Camp: GB Rovers FC are holding their first Summer Camp from Monday July 11th to July 15th in Bally Rovers Pitch, Ballyhahill. Each child receives a jersey. After The Bell: Before and After School Care: A new service is being set up in the Square in Glin. Lisa and Hazel will provide a “Before and After School Care Service” for school going children. It is a wonderful service and we wish Lisa and Hazel every success with their new venture.
