SUPPORT THIS APRIL FOOLS DAY FUNDRAISER.

-St. Fergus NS Glin Parents Council is delighted to announce that it will be organising a sponsored walk and coffee morning to raise funds to support school activities.-

The event takes place on Saturday April 1st with a sponsored walk starting at the Knights Walk, Glin at 11am. Everyone, both young and old, is encouraged to walk on the day and ask their friends and family to sponsor them using the sponsorship cards that have been sent home in your child’s bag.

For anyone that can’t do the walk you can still lend your support by donating baked goods for the coffee morning that’s happening at 11am in Ceol Ceorbrai.

Joanne Stackpoole, Chairperson, St. Fergus NS Parents Council, Glin, is calling on parents and local businesses to get involved and lend their support.

“Glin is such a great community. We have so much spirit and pride in the parish. The Parents Council are calling on all parents and local businesses to dig deep and support this fundraiser. If you have a raffle prize or funds to donate, please get in touch. We also need lots of tasty treats for the coffee morning so please consider buying or baking some goodies. It will all going to the future generation of our parish.”
