Carmel Buckley Reflexology: Improved Sleep and Recovery
Sleep plays a vital role in regulating mood, emotional resilience, and overall mental health.
By calming the nervous system and reducing stress, reflexology can support improved sleep quality. Research in complementary therapies has shown that relaxation treatments can help individuals fall asleep more easily and experience deeper rest.
Better sleep allows the brain and body to recover, which is essential for managing anxiety and low mood.
If you would like to read more on reflexology for stress, anxiety or depression visit my blog on https://carmelsreflexology.com/#reflexologyforstress #sleep #calmingthenervoussystem
