LOST – A large sum of money in brown envelope and a Glin Credit Union book was lost in Glin Village between Thursday 12th – Friday 13th December. It belongs to an elderly person and it was their savings. Please contact 087- 2071091.
Book Club: After a highly successful year, the Book Club is ready to kick off 2025 with meetings on Wednesday, 29th January, and Thursday, 30th January, at 11am in the Library. New members are warmly encouraged to join – a friendly welcome awaits! We extend our thanks to former Librarian Deirdre and our new Librarian for their invaluable support throughout 2024.
Craft Group The Craft Group has wrapped up a productive year, creating beautiful Christmas decorations and cards. Sessions will resume in January, offering a chance to explore your creativity in a supportive setting.
Movers Programme: The popular Movers Programme with Darragh, held in Ceol Corbrai, is currently on a Christmas break and will restart in January. Stay tuned for updates!
Cloverfield Activities: Join us at Cloverfield on Mondays for Dancing at 10am, followed by Exercise to Music at 11am. Come along for one or both sessions and enjoy a warm, supportive environment where new friendships are made.
Glin Rovers Annual Astro Christmas Tournament: After last years great success, The St. Stephens day tournament is happening again this year. This event is open to all ages from 16 and above, all genders are welcome to participate. Size teams + tournament format will depend on numbers. First games kick off @10.30am Stephens morning. If you are interested please contact Michael Stack or drop a message here by no later than Saturday 21st of December to avoid disappointment. Bring a friend. Merry Christmas.
